Has anyone ever been treated for a Bulging Disc by a chiropractor?
I have several cervical bulging discs and go to a chiropractor three times a week for treatment. He always pops my neck and back and the next day I am always in excruciating pain.
Has anyone ever used Laser Spine Institute to resolve a Bulging Disc problem?
I have 3 bulging discs in my neck. 9 months ago, had steroid injections to neck which helped, but still battled numbness in my shoulder. I feel the pain in my upper back coming back. Not sure if I should look into surgery or continue to get injections. Should I see a neurologist?
Have you heard of a Bulging Disc touching the spinal cord?
Right before I lost my insurance coverage I went for an MRI and they found a bulging disc in my back touching my spinal cord...has anyone ever heard of this? I havent been able to go back and I been having pain.......... any treatment or know anything about this?
I have a bulging disc - should I attend core strengthening classes?
I have quite a bit of back pain. A recent MRI shows a bulging disc is the source. A good friend who teaches Yoga recommended attending her core strengthening class to help with the pain. I attended one class several months ago before I was diagnosed and it increased my pain substantially for about a week or two.
My friend is very angry at me for not taking this class as she believes it would help with my back pain. Every hunch I have says it will make things worse.
COULD I BE MEDICALLY RETIRED WITH A Bulging Disc?
I I am in really bad pain with degenerative disc disease and bulging disc. Can i be medically retired, i am 49 years of age and work as a gardener. Has anyone else been retired due to this. I would prefer to carry on working and not have this pain, but at the moment it does not seem like an option, its really hard just to put my socks on.Any ideas on the above please.

Is a Bulging Disc supposed to be painful?
I was seeing an orthopedic specialist because my dr originally thought that I had hip displaysia but when the specialist did furhter testing, he saw nothing wrong with my hips and diagnosed me with a bulging disc which showed up on an MRI of my spine. But he more or less said that I shouldn't be feeling much pain if any and made feel completely stupid for going to him which wasn't my choice anyway. So i'm just wondering if this is normally painful or if there could be something else wrong.
I've been having this pain for about 9 years, however it got much worse when I was carrying my twins and now that they're 5 months old, its worse than its ever been. I can't go on bed rest because my husband is deployed so there isn't anyone to look after the babies and I really get worried because lately my right leg has been giving out under me and it happens a lot when i'm carrying my children but the dr. won't listen to me, he just keeps shrugging it off as nothing. I can't count how many times i've almost fallen down the stairs with my baby or babies in my arms because of my leg giving out with no warning. It really makes me mad and I don't know if i'm over reacting or not but I really want to call my insurance company and file a complaint on this dr. I don't even want to think about surgery as i'm really afraid of being put under not to mention the recovery period and right now i'm all that my kids have so I can't even consider it at this point. I just don't know what to do.
What i the difference between a herniated and Bulging Disc?
I have been told that I have some discs that are herniated and some that are bulging. What is the difference? What are the treatment options?
Any information on Bulging Disc with nerve impingement?
I have a bulging disc with nerve impingement in my lumbar spine. Other than surgery is there anything that can help with the pain tried epidurals last a week at most pain returns.
