sweet Cherry trees, how to grow them and what varietys should i choose?

I bought some black cherries from tescos, they are produce of Turkey and the variety is Napoleon - I've read that sour cherry trees, that they are self pollunating and for sweet cherry trees you need two different varietys of sweet i need to know best two varietys of sweet cherry tree and also i'm not a long experienced gardener, so could you give full information on germination, planting, seasons etc....very gratefull, thank you.
